More and more big companies are investing big money on retaining employees, providing gorgeous working environment and creating unique company culture. â€Å"Placing sustainability as central to business strategy and top management support can be viewed as fundamental drivers to an enduring, successful path to sustainable management† (HR’s Role in Building a Sustainable Enterprise: Insights From Some of the World’s Best Companies, 2007).
